As you may know, major league baseball’s All-Star Game is just days away. Even better, it will take place right here in Minneapolis!

So I already had baseball on the brain when I got an exciting message from author David A. Kelly. His picture book Miracle Mud made it to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York! Last week, David did a presentation and a signing there—and he even sent along a photo to prove it.

Congratulations, David! And for everyone else out there, play ball! Or . . . at least read a book or two about baseball!
