What are your healthy habits?

What are your healthy habits? I try to eat at least two servings of fruit and two servings of vegetables each day. I drink loads of water. I go to the gym two or three times a week, and in nice weather, I ride my bike to work and to run errands. I wash my hands frequently, especially during cold and flu season, and I make a concerted effort to get at least eight hours of sleep every night.
