Hello Blogosaurs,
Just checking in here from balmy San Antonio, the world’s largest sauna! Normally towards the end of a long day in the booth I look forward to seeing the sun. Normally. Here, I can walk maybe 3 blocks before needing a shower. It’s pretty gross.
For anyone at the show, we’re in the Hall D expo, booth 5268. We’re giving away pencils, posters, bookmarks, and screen cleans. We’re also doing 5 iBook demos throughout the day on Tuesday, and attendees will have a chance to win an iPod. Please come say hi!
For food so far, I highly recommend the pork ribs and coleslaw at the County Line on the river walk. Bohanan’s Prime Steaks & Seafood was excellent as well, although very pricey! I do not recommend Luciano’s Italian in the River Center: poor service and mediocre food. We have a good time wherever we go, though, and made the best of it. I’m here for a couple more days, so I’ll hopefully have some adventure to report on next week.
