Free Book Friday!

Congratulations, Jeanette W. Stickel! She is the winner of our Graphic Universe prize pack! Please send your mailing address to publicityinfo@lernerbooks.com and we will get your books shipped out!

Spring is definitely in the air and that means baseball season! With opening day for Major League Baseball less than a week away, we want to celebrate by giving away a paperback set of our new Travel Team series!

Travel Team is the story of an elite high school travel baseball team based in Las Vegas. This isn’t the Bad News Bears. This is a team based on the teams future stars like Bryce Harper played for before they were lottery picks in the MLB draft. Each book contains a high-drama sports story, full of all the contemporary issues of modern baseball, from performance-enhancing drugs to aluminum bats to unhinged parents.

To enter to win please leave a comment below or Tweet the following line: “Baseball season is almost here! RT to win the new TRAVEL TEAM series from @LernerBooks! http://bit.ly/1OrSN #FreeBookFriday.”

The winner will be announced during Free Book Friday on April 6 so make sure to check the blog to see if you’ve won!

Good luck!

Oh my gosh!!! I would love these for my future classroom. I'm able to find plenty of books that girls love but it's hard to find books that will appeal to both genders. The boys will love these!!!

These books would make a welcome addition to my classroom library – I find it hard to find books to keep my boys motivated when reading. Thank you.

These would be a great addition to our school library. I would love to recommend these titles to Middle School boys who “don't know what to read”
