As BEA recedes in the rearview, ALA Annual looms. It’s going to be a busy, exciting show for us, with CSK and YALSA Nonfic award celebrations among other good things.

I’m not sure I’ll have a spare moment during my 48 hours in D.C., but if I did, I’d probably take YALSA’s advice and check out the Written in Bone exhibit at the Smithsonian.

I may not make it to The Smithsonian, but I definitely have to grab dinner on Monday before the Printz thing. Any suggestions? NYC set a high gustatory bar. What do you have for me, DC?
