IT Help Desk—Then and Now

I just had one of our IT guys in my office updating my computer. I keep getting error messages when I try to print stuff, and he did some magic so that the messages no longer appear—at least for now.
This reminds me of a wonderfully funny video clip on YouTube about what the IT department must have been like when print books first came on the scene. Take a look. (In Norwegian with subtitles, which somehow makes it even funnier.)
